LOS ANGELES, CA (FOX 11) - If all is fair in love and war then it must be ok to pull out the big guns in divorce, right? Turns out, not by a long shot. Fox 11 has obtained a search warrant and detailed criminal investigation into a television actress whom, it appears, hacked her husband's email accounts during their divorce.

But it wasn't one of those, "He told me his password so it's okay" kind of things. And, even if he did, attorneys say once you begin a divorce any permission between husband and wife is gone. In this case, the District Attorney investigator found Kristen Kerr used her new boyfriend to do the hacking.
