Orange County rents are forecast to rise 9.4 percent to an average of $1,736, while San Diego County rents are expected to rise 10.9 percent to $1,577 in 2018.

Rents in Riverside and San Bernardino counties are forecast to reach $1,239 by 2018, up 7.3 percent.
