SoCal residents say there's an environmental double standard

One SoCal community says they're the victims of environmental racism.
They say the fast response to the gas leak in the wealthier whiter community of Porter Ranch proves their case.

 Headaches -- bloody noses -- asthma -- nausea --
The complaints of people in Porter Ranch sound all too familiar to folks living in Vernon. For years they've been fighting their own environmental hazard -- the exide recycling plant.
But the response from the state has been strikingly different.
And activists tell Phil Shuman it's because of money, race, and political power.
