History was made at Manuel Dominguez High School in Compton when six seniors, all best friends took top honors in their graduating class. The girls affectionately known at the “Dominguez super six” credit their immigrant parents for their success.
The girls, childhood friends, have challenged each other to take AP classes and to get good grades. Clearly their efforts have paid off, all six are going on to four year institutions.
Their hope is that their story inspires future Dominguez students.
