Rescued Afghan Hounds adopted, 1 pit bull still looking for a home

More than 30 neglected dogs that were removed from a property in Plelan last month were cleaned up and put up for adoption, and all but one of the pups has been adopted.

San Bernardino County Animal Care and Control rescued the pups and gave them some much needed love and attention along with lots of grooming.

All but two of the rescued pups are Afghan Hounds, a breed known for its thick and silky coat.

The other two are pit bulls, and while one of the pit bulls was adopted, the last one is still looking for her forever home.

Her name is Malice, though workers say the name doesn't reflect her demeanor.
