PLAYA DEL REY, Calif. (FOX 11) - Five people were taken into custody in connection to a recent string of shot out vehicle windows in Playa del Rey and Westchester area, police said.
Los Angeles Police Department’s Pacific Station said an adult and four juveniles were taken into custody Friday night at a gas station on Manchester Boulevard.
An estimated 100 vehicles were vandalized in the area during the past week, including Friday night, according to officials.
Police confiscated a rifle and a pistol at the scene of the arrest, which both appeared to be pellet guns.
