Mexican Consulate in LA sets up Hurricane Patricia hotline

Officials with the Mexican Consulate in Los Angeles said Friday they have established a hotline for members of the Southland Mexican community to keep up-to-date on the effects of Hurricane Patricia.

The hotline is available at (213) 219-0175. Consulate officials also said they would post updates on the Twitter @ConsulMexLan as well as on its website and Facebook page.

According to the consulate, officials updates will also be provided online at www.proteccioncivil.gob.mx and on Twitter pages @PcSegob, @LuisFelipe_P and @conagua_clima.
