Man seen touching his private parts over his clothes near Glendale park sought

Police released images of a man who was seen near a Glendale park touching his private parts through his clothes near a children's play area.

The unidentified suspect was spotted about 2:45 p.m. Friday at Pacific Park, located at 501 S. Pacific Ave., standing outside a fence near the children's splash play area, according to Tahnee Lightfoot of the Glendale Police Department.

A witness recorded the man, who was seen "touching his private parts over his clothing while talking on his cell phone and scanning the park,'' Lightfoot said.

The man, who left in a dark-colored 2018 Toyota Camry with black wheels, appears to be white or Hispanic and 30 to 40 years old, with black hair, a black beard and a medium build.

Anyone with information that could help investigators identify the man was urged to call Glendale Police Detective Michael Mercado at (818) 548-3106.
