PASADENA, Calif. (FOX 11 / CNS) - A man was fatally stabbed in a parking lot during a fight in a parking lot at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, and police today were looking for the suspect.
The stabbing was reported to police about 10 p.m. Monday in Lot K at the stadium, according to Pasadena Police Department Lt. Jason Clawson.
Demetrio Tapia Jr., 22, of Pasadena died at the scene.
"Upon arrival, officers located the victim in the parking lot suffering from two stab wounds," Clawson said, adding that the "preliminary investigation suggests the incident was not random in nature, as the victim was involved in a physical altercation with the suspect."
It is not known what the pair were arguing about, Clawson said.
Police did not release a description of the suspect.
