LA Fire Department dances for little girl with cerebral palsy

A family from Corona has started a dance campaign to raise support and awareness for their young daughter who has cerebral palsy.

Finley's adoptive parents write on a YouCaring page that she was born prematurely and suffered bleeding in the brain. She was diagnosed with Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy.

Now, her parents are hoping to travel to a hospital in St. Louis for a surgery that could help Finley.

They set up the website Do You Dare to Dance and are hoping people will dance in support of Finley and share their videos.

The song chosen for the dance challenge is Meghan Trainor's 'Better When I'm Dancin'' because it's Finley's favorite song.

The LA Fire Department started the movement with an impressive dance that was uploaded to YouTube.

The LA Fire Department ended their dancing video with a challenge to the New York Fire Department.

Perhaps this will become as big as the viral 'Running Man' challenge.

Finley's mom explains more about their family's story in the video below.
