In-N-Out Burger serving up lawsuit to YouTube prankster

A prankster targets In-N-Out Burger. Now, the table is turned on him.

It was an attempt for big likes that got this YouTube prankster slapped with a lawsuit.

A man who identifies himself on YouTube as "Trollmuchies aka Cody", walks into an In N Out, posing as their new CEO.

"I'm your new CEO, John Trollston. Just doing a little surprise visit..." he says.

Managers don't buy it.

"I can't have you coming here unfortunately and I know our company is privately owned," said one manager.

He goes to another In N Out, and takes things further informing them they're serving dog meat, and taking a burger from a customer.

"If you can't tell there's little pink meat right there...throws burger on the ground.

The video got over 25 thousand views....and Cody's account has over half a million followers.

According to published reports, In-N-Out Burger wants a restraining order against Cody Roeder after disrupting employees in their Burbank and Van Nuys stores.

And they're seeking damages of more than $25,000.

In a statement, the company telling us,

"These visitors have unfortunately used deceit, fraud, and trespass to their own advantage, and in each instance, they have attempted to humiliate, offend, or otherwise make our Customers or Associates uncomfortable. We believe that we must act now and we will continue to take action in the future to protect our Customers and Associates from these disruptions."

Soon after we reached out to Cody through social media...the video including similar ones were deleted from his page.
