Hundreds watch eclipse from Mount Wilson Observatory

Hundreds watched the solar eclipse from the Mount Wilson Observatory in Los Angeles on Monday.
The path of the total solar eclipse passed across the U.S. hundreds of miles north of LA, but a a partial solar eclipse was visible throughout the LA area.  
Mount Wilson Observatory celebrated the event with free public viewing through a variety of solar telescopes.
