(FOX 11) - The South L.A. sheriff's station opened its doors to the public for a special lunch today.
It was a fundraiser for families of the five Dallas police officers killed last week.
One of the five had strong ties to Los Angeles.
Tony Valdez was there as hundreds of people turned out for the fundraiser.
