(FOX 11) - A brush fire that broke out in Rialto was being held Wednesday morning at 147 acres, fire officials said.
Dubbed the "Sierra Fire," the San Bernardino County Fire Department said the blaze broke out around 9:30 p.m.
It was identified as a vegetation fire and predominantly burning alongside North Riverside Avenue between Sierra Avenue and North Adler Avenue near the I-15.
Crews planned to remain on scene Wednesday reinforcing the containment lines and focusing on hot spots, officials said.
