Fast moving brush fire scorches 350-acres along Highland hillside
HIGHLAND, Calif. (FOX 11) - A brush fire burning out of control in the hillside near Highland. As of early Friday evening, about 350-acres have burned.

The San Bernardino National Forest Service confirms 0% containment at this time.
Communities affected include the Big Bear Valley and the Barton Flats areas.
250-firefighters are currently on scene, along with helicopters, air tankers and Air-Tac planes providing assistance from above.
No structures are currently threatened. Residents are warned to be aware of updates for potential evacuation orders.

Evacuations have not been issued as of 6:00pm Friday evening. Highway 38 was closed half a mile south of Iron Bridge.
