Dozens of French and English Bulldogs are seized from a man suspected of running a puppy mill out of a Westminster house.
These are just some of the 78 bulldogs seized from the suspected breeder by animal control authorities.
They range from four to five months old to senior dogs. Authorities say many had been kept in crates in the house on Kern Avenue.
Others were covered in feces and urine.
They are now being housed at a shelter called Westminster Adoption Group and Services.
Eventually, they'll be fostered out or adopted.
