Diaper drive in Orange County

- A diapers and wipes drive is going on Friday until 6pm at Village of Hope in Tustin hosted by KKLA radio station in Orange County.

The radio station was inspired to host the diaper drive after seeing a news report on FOX 11 earlier this week about babies in Orange County who are in desperate need of basic necessities like diapers and wipes.

There are currently 82 children living at Village of Hope, a transitional housing facility for homeless men, women and children.
It is part of the Rescue Mission and it is currently housing a large number of homeless women with children. So many they don’t have enough diapers and wipes for all of the babies.
They are hoping to collect at least 22,000 diapers and 32,000 wipes. Workers say that amount will hopefully last through the end of the year.
If you would like to make a donation you can go to the drive today or contact Village of Hope at  (714) 247-4300.
