One suspect killed in deputy-involved shooting in Norwalk

NORWALK, CA (CNS) - One suspect was killed in a deputy-involved shooting in Norwalk tonight and a second suspect was arrested, authorities said.

No deputies were injured in the shooting, which occurred around 6:30 p.m. in the area of Imperial Highway and Pioneer Boulevard, according to the Sheriff's Information Bureau.

The deceased suspect was a man, as was the arrested suspect, according to the sheriff's department.
