Large fire breaks out at strip mall in Westminster

WESTMINSTER, Calif. (FOX 11) - Fire crews were called to a large fire at a strip mall located in the 9200 block of Bishop Place in Westminster, Orange County.

The fire reportedly broke out inside a bridal shop at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday and quickly spread to the common attic. It's unknown if anyone was injured in the incident.

Flames could be seen burning through the roof of the building, which also included a flower store and auto repair company. A large portion of the building appeared to be a complete loss.

The bulk of the fire was knocked down shortly after 5:30 p.m.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
