Coyotes on the prowl in Corona

CORONA, CA (FOX 11) - Some frightening new security video posted on YouTube shows why you never know where wild animals might turn up to stalk you or your pets.

Scary moments in the suburbs of Corona when two large coyotes were chasing three dogs down the street.

Fortunately neighbors heard the commotion ran out and were able to scare the coyotes off before the dogs were hurt or killed.

This was a real wake up call as street that is not even anywhere close to the hills, a reminder that the danger of coyotes looking to make a meal of your pets is almost everywhere...and one of these dogs was a large pit mix!
