Coroner releases names of victims killed in San Bernardino shooting

A father of six, a coffee shop operator and employees of the San Bernardino public health department were among those identified Thursday as victims of the mass shooting at the Inland Regional Center.

The San Bernardino Coroner's Office released the names of the 14 people killed:

Shannon Johnson, 45, Los Angeles
Bennetta Bet-Badal, 46, Rialto
Aurora Godoy, 26, San Jacinto
Isaac Amanios, 60, Fontana
Larry Kaufman, 42, Rialto
Harry Bowman, 46, Upland
Yvette Velasco, 27, Fontana
Sierra Clayborn, 27, Moreno Valley
Robert Adams, 40, Yucaipa
Nicholas Thalasinos, 52, Colton
Tin Nguyen, 31, Santa Ana
Juan Espinoza, 50, Highland
Damian Meins, 58, Riverside
Michael Wetzel, 37, Lake Arrowhead

In Valley Village, a family spokeswoman previously identified Wetzel as an environmental specialist with the health department and father of six children. The family lives in the Lake Arrowhead area.

Wetzel was in a meeting at the center when the gunfire broke out.

"They are very overwhelmed,'' family spokeswoman Celia Behar told news outlets. "There are six kids who have lost their father, and Renee is a stay-at-home mom, so they have also lost all their financial support, and the kids are just finding out today ...''

A number of crowdfunding pages to help support the Wetzel family have been set up online:

Thalasinos was previously identified Thursday as a county environmental health specialist. The Los Angeles Times identified other victims as Kaufman, who ran a coffee shop at the Inland Regional Center, and Means, a health department employee.

Two vigils were planned Thursday evening in memory of those killed.
