Amber Alert: Kidnapped 1-year old girl and her mother may be headed for SoCal

An Amber Alert was issued Friday evening for a 1-year old girl and her 22-year old mother that were kidnapped during an assault in Central California. The alert has now been expanded across three counties to include San Bernardino County.

Maria Sanchez Palomares was assaulted and abducted along with her baby daughter Deleyza Ceron at around 2:00p.m. in Porterville.

Palomares is described as a 22-year old hispanic female, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 200-pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Her daughter Ceron is 2 feet 11 inches tall, with black hair and brown eyes.

Two suspects, 20-year old Valentin Angel Dillasenor and 40-year old Juan Santos Martinez are wanted for the assault and kidnapping of Palomares and her child.

Dillasenor is described as a Hispanic male, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, with a thin build, with black hair and mustache and brown eyes. Martinez is a Hispanic male, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 140-pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Both male suspects are considered armed and dangerous.

The suspects were last seen driving a mid-1990's white Chevrolet or GMC sports utility vehicle, possibly a Suburban, with an unknown Washington license plate number. The rear window of the vehicle is broken out and covered in white tape.

The left rear window was reported inoperative and in the down position.
