Thousands converge on West Hollywood for annual Halloween Carnaval

It's a Happy Halloween, West Hollywood style as thousands of people dressed in crazy costumes, complete with a few royal guests.

"I figured West Hollywood needed a few more queens, so I decided to come out and join the festivities," a man dressed as Queen Elizabeth said.

"I'm supposed to be Prince William, but a lot of people are thinking I'm Prince Charles because I have more hair," another attendee said.

Whatever your age there was a little something for everyone on Monday night.

It's marketed as the biggest block party for Halloween where the crowd was expected to swell to half a million people.

"I just thought a little clowin' around I heard there'a big party it's not complete without a clown," a woman dressed as a scary clown said.

There were creepy clowns, zombies and zombies for President.

"I'm zombie for president and this is my vice president the ape," a man in costume said., "I don't grope and I don't do emails, vote for me."

We could't find any Hillary's in the crowd, but we did find Enrique Chang as Donald Trump.

"This is my first time here there's nothing like expressing yourself through costume you know coming out having a good time on Monday night,"Ashish Samuel, who was dressed as a red crayon, said.

"It's the most fun place to be your celebrating your community and everybody is happy," Tish Laemmle, who was dressed as movie theater, said.

Carnaval-goers were urged to show off their costumes by posting pictures online with the hashtag #wehohalloween. Photo stations were also located throughout the party area, with images posted at www.facebook.com/wehocarnaval.
