Santa Ana Police Detectives seeks the public's help in locating a 32-year-old homeless man suspected of twice burglarizing the Mexican Consulate in Santa Ana.

Albert Sierra is suspected of breaking a glass door and entering the consulate building at 2100 E. Fourth St. Saturday night, according to the Santa Ana Police Department.

Video shows him during a previous break-in, this one on July 10, at the
same building, police said.

"Sierra stole office equipment, money from the consulate and several Red Cross donation containers placed inside the location," according to a police statement.

Police say Sierra is also wanted in connection with at least three other burglaries of Santa Ana businesses in July and August.

Thousands of dollars worth of computer equipment was stolen in those cases, police said.

Sierra is 5 feet 6 inches tall, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts was urged to call Santa Ana police Detective Duane Greaver at (714) 245-8362 or Orange County Crime Stoppers at (855) TIP-OCCS.
