Kerri Kasem Backs Bill To Help Children Visit Ailing Parents

(FOX 11) Many people know about the public struggle Kerri Kasem had with her step mom over being able to see her dad Casey Kasem when he was sick and dying.

She won when she brought her case to family courts, and now Kerri has proposed a bill to improve family relationships and provide options to children who are faced with being excluded from their ailing parent's lives.

The bill proposes changes to the Conservatorship Law that will provide an express right of children to visit their ailing parents.
