7-Eleven Hosts 'Bring Your Own Cup Day' For Giant Slurpees (PHOTOS)

(FOX 11) Slurpee fans, get excited. April 11 is Bring Your Own Cup (BYO Cup) Day at 7-Eleven.

From sand buckets, to tea kettles to trophies -- customers can bring any cup from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday to participating stores and fill it up with a Slurpee flavor for $1.49.

The cups must fit within the designated 10-inch cutout on floor displays found in the store (no inflatable swimming pools).

Also, your "cup" has to be clean and leak-proof (no cowboy boots).

Not mandatory but highly suggested -- Beyonce's "7/11" song on repeat.

This is the first time BYO Cup Day has been held in the United States. 7-Eleven stores in Australia, Canada, the Philippines and Malaysia have participated in the past.
