Sandra Endo Swims With Sharks AT The 2015 Scuba Show

America's largest consumer scuba expo, the 2015 Scuba Show, will give attendees the unique opportunity to personally connect with the world of diving and its passionate community. Explore hundreds of diving products and opportunities available from around the world. Not only for the experienced, the Scuba Show is the place for curious minds to learn about the magic of diving and how to get certified.

From Sandra Endo:

The Aquarium of the Pacific is hosting its annual Scuba Show this weekend featuring hundreds of vendors and experts, showcasing everything about the sea minus the water.

Scuba show manager Tracy Morgan says "thousands of people come from all over the world to learn about the latest scuba gear and safety and hot destinations." The Aquarium also has dive experiences for certified scuba divers and touch tanks with baby rays and sharks.

I got suited up and dove with the sharks this morning on Good Day LA. We joke about how dangerous some sharks can be but most are gentle, beautiful creatures.

Aquarium expert Chris Plante says "conservation is key. We want people to learn about sharks and understand their place in the ecosystem."

The Scuba show runs Saturday and Sunday starting at 10am.

The Scuba Show will feature 76,000 square feet of floor space covered by over 280 exhibitors and experts from around the world, dozens of seminars and classes, cooking demonstrations, interactive art, door prizes, a film festival, a Saturday night party and more.
