Sugar Ray Leonard On Mayweather Vs. Pacquio Fight: 'Money Talks'

(FOX 11) Sugar Ray Leonard is working to raise money for research and awareness towards a cure for Type 1 Diabetes and to help children live healthier lives.

He stopped by Good Day LA Monday to talk about his upcoming event and also weighed in on the so-called "Fight of the Century," Mayweather vs. Pacquio.

Joined by a number of celebrity guests, the former pro boxer will present the 6th Annual "Big Fighters, Big Cause" Charity Boxing Night May 13 in Hollywood as part of the Sugar Ray Leonard Foundation and B. Riley & Co.

The evening will feature professional and amateur heavy-weight bouts with well-known fighters from around the world as well as a special performance of the National Anthem by American Idol Season 11 alum Jessica Sanchez, food by Wolfgang Puck and a live auction.

The event, held at the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood and Highland, will also honor the Center for Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Children's Hospital Los Angeles for their work in diabetes care and research.
