Man With Arm Trapped In Fabric Machine Rescued By Firefighters

(FOX 11 / CNS) LA County Fire responded to the scene at around 5:20am where a young man got his arm stuck in a machine at the warehouse he was working at in Hawthorne.

The industrial accident happened at the dye shop for American Apparel. LA Fire Captian William Gamble said, "his arm was stuck in rollers of a machine used for fabric." The man's arm was stuck up to his elbow and it took rescue crews a little over an hour to free his arm. The man was rushed to Harbor General Hospital in stable condition, Gamble said.
