3 Killed, 1 Seriously Hurt In North Hills Crash; Teen Arrested On Suspicion Of DUI

(FOX 11) By all accounts, this wreck was really violent: Two cars slamming head-on. Three people in an older model Toyota were killed and one person critically hurt.

The driver of a Jeep Liberty, 19-year-old Riley Holman of Mission Hills, was arrested and booked on manslaughter while intoxicated.

It's not clear if speed was a factor, but given the massive damage and the history of the boulevard, it wouldn't surprise Joseph Kasablak. He's manager of the American Tobacco Store next to the accident site.

"They come just crazy fast," Kasablak explained. "Crazy! The thing is like a bullet. There are two lights. How they drive this speed, I don't know."

Police have not identified the victims. They are still investigating speed in this case, but say Holman was under the influence. It could have been alcohol or drugs -- or both.
