The UCLA police department has arrested a suspect in the  sexual assault of two UCLA students in February.

The police department announced the arrest of 28 year old Paris Carter in those attacks and are trying to find out if there are other victims.

Carter is accused of approaching a student who was walking home on February fifth about 4:50pm, touching himself in a sexual manner and then touching the victim. She screamed and the suspect fled.

On February 26th, about 4:20am, another student walking home was chased by a male suspect.  He caught her and touched intimate parts of her body.  That victim also screamed, scaring him away.

On Wednesday, February 28,  at about 4:10 PM, UCLA Police Department officers responded to the area of Kinross Avenue and Glendon Avenue regarding a sexual battery  suspect who was seen in the area. The officers contacted the suspect and found a loaded firearm in his possession. The suspect, identified as Paris Carter  was taken into custody for felony sexual battery, false imprisonment, and possession of a loaded firearm, and he is being held at the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Inmate Reception Center.

UCLA police believe Carter is responsible for the crimes committed on February 5th and February 8th and there may be additional victims. They ask that anyone who may have been victimized by Carter to contact the UCLA Police Department's Detective Division at (310) 825-9371
