Police in Guadalajara ordered to look the other way if couples get intimate in public
(FOX 11) - In Mexico, getting frisky in public is now legal in one city!
In Guadalajara, police have been ordered to look the other way if they see couples getting close in public unless they get a specific complaint from a third party who feels uncomfortable.
The hope is that the new law will free-up officers to tackle more serious offenses.
