Drybar founder's tips to make your blow out last

Alli Webb is a hairstylist with an entrepreneurial spirit. She had a million dollar idea in 2010 that launched a nationwide phenomenon, called Drybar, a blow out salon and dry bar.

Forbes first profiled Webb in 2012 when after just two years, the company pulled in $20 million. Last year, Drybar broke record revenues with its first $100 million year.

Webb wrote the book "The Drybar Guide to Good Hair for All" and now sells her products through Sephora, HSN and more.

She joined us Thursday on Good Day LA to demonstrate the company's newest style, "Old Fashioned." She also offered her best tips to make your blow out last:

1. Use a round brush on the front section of your hair first. Hold the brush vertically and always blow away from your face.

2. For the shower, use a cap lined with terry cloth to keep moisture out

3. Dry shampoo on the roots soaks up oil. Spray from mid-shaft to ends.

4. After a workout, use a curling iron switching directions for a natural wave.
