This week’s Wednesday’s Child offers a peak at Tyler (2005), a neat and somewhat meek boy with a big imagination!
Tyler often expresses his creativity through playing with toys or creating figurines from whatever objects are at hand. With pumpkin season upon us, we ventured over to Pa’s Pumpkin Patch in Long Beach, CA to see what kind of creative fun Tyler could carve out!
Tyler chose to take one of his toy action figures along with him as he made his way through the maze of pumpkins. Knowing that one of the pumpkins would be his for the taking, Tyler set about his task of identifying the biggest pumpkin he could carry! It didn’t take long for Tyler to find the pumpkin he was looking for – a grand-sized pumpkin that he could manage to cart away in his arms.
Tyler is polite and considerate, yet enthusiastic. As for physical activities, Tyler takes to swimming above other options. Right in line with his big imagination, Tyler would love to immerse himself in the fantasy worlds of places like Legoland and Disneyland. Tyler also has a love for small animals and one of his wishes is to have a permanent home where he can have a pet of his own -- be it a dog, a cat or a guinea pig.
Tyler thrives with structure and attention and needs a loving and supportive adoptive family that will help him maintain important connections.
If your family is ready to partner with Tyler to take on life’s rough patches as well as engage in imaginative play that can brighten anyone’s day, tune in to Wednesday’s Child and then call us to learn more about adoption at 1-866-921-ADOPT (2367).
