Curtis Hopes to Reboot Life In A Forever Home

A little shy at first but quick to warm up, this week's Wednesday's Child is athletic and sports-minded. But sports alone do not define Curtis (2004) and his interests – he also has an aptitude for math and an adroitness for Lego engineering! And with that last skill-set in mind, we "rolled" on over to Rolling Robots in Glendale, California to meet up with owner and aerospace scientist Dr. George Kirkman, better known as "Dr. K", for a robot build with Curtis.

Building a good robot takes both smarts and creativity and Curtis was quick to exhibit such dexterity. Curtis was receptive to the one-on-one guidance from Dr. K during the build of his 'bot while also flashing a proud smile when his own ingenuity showed through.

Combine Curtis' natural talents with the right support and opportunities and the results could surely be amazing! Curtis needs a family that can help him process the things that have taken place in his short life so far, give him a place and sense of security from which he can re-boot when needed and encourage him to roll on into all that he was created to be!
