A Smile That Expresses Pure And Innocent Joy

While all of our children need and deserve care and attention, there are some kids who need a bit extra – and Steven (2005) is one such child. Having some special medical needs doesn't mean Steven isn't interactive, and he showed us just how engaging he is!

Steven is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and a seizure disorder. While he has some limitations with mobility without his wheel chair, he has no problem showing you how fast he can move on wheels and giving giggles to match as he zooms about.

Steven has some developmental delays but is making great strides.  Couple his enthusiasm with his smile that expresses such pure and innocent joy and he seems bound to overcome many obstacles and reach his potential!

Steven will need a lot of care and attention and we're looking for a family with equal amounts of patience and love to match!  The road ahead may not be an easy course for Steven, but there are trainings and services available to help him and families who adopt children with needs such as Steven's.

Hezekiah tells us he would like to have a permanent family that would embrace and celebrate him, but he would love to have siblings in the mix as well.  If you think that the universe might be calling you to consider bringing Hezekiah into your family's big tent, we'd like to explore that option with you.
