Try this jump rope workout to burn some serious calories

- We're giving you sneak peek of a new Equinox signature class, The Cut: Jump Rope.  The new 30 minute class guarantees a ton of fun and a lot of sweat! 

It's broken into three 7-minute rounds:

Round 1- Agility

Round 2 - Fury

Round 3 - Freestyle

What’s the differentiator?  The opportunity to utilize two different ropes, Agility & Fury. 

The 2 pound Fury is the heavy jump rope and the star of the show, maximizing all the benefits jumping rope already provides. You’ll be torching more calories and burning more fat.
