Family of bullied teen who died by suicide files lawsuit against school district

LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11) - The family of a Riverside County 13-year-old girl who hanged herself following years of bullying has filed a lawsuit against the school district.

Rosalie Avila's family, represented by attorney Brian Claypool, announced Monday that the family would file a wrongful death lawsuit against Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District.
