A look at Tastemakers of Orange County 2018

- In honor of Foodie Friday, we got a preview of the third annual Tastemakers of Orange County, featuring dozens of local chefs cooking up Asian Pacific inspired dishes.

Mona Shah joined us to talk about all the delicious bites!

1. CHEF DEE NGUYEN OF “BREAK OF DAWN” IN LAGUNA HILLS  

Best known for breakfast treats, including their take on bacon and eggs, pork belly and tempura egg.

2. CULINARY DIRECTOR  SHELLY REGISTER FROM “A” MARKET.

You can get amazing fresh sandwiches and salads there, gorgeous cheese plates and more!

3.) CHEF TARIT TANJASIRI FROM CREMA CAFÉ AND BAKERIES IN SEAL BEACH & IRVINE

Mango sticky rice in little crepe tacos, pastries and more!

The event is Sept. 5 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa. Tickets are available $85 for General Admission and $125 for VIP. Click here for more.
