Sarah’s Story: Sarah Michelle Gellar is an Emmy and Peoples Choice Award winner, and Golden Globe nominee best known for her roles on the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and The Crazy Ones, and in films Cruel Intentions and The Grudge. After taking on the role of mom to her two kids, she found there was a lack of activities they could all do together that were both fun and educational. She turned to her friend, mom and co-founder of Foodstirs, Galit Laibow, and the two started baking and crafting in the kitchen with their kids.

Frustrated with the lack of tasty and clean baking products on the market and the inconvenience of searching for the right ingredients and tools, the two set out on a mission. They were determined to create healthier, delicious and convenient products that would inspire creativity and promote wholesome fun.

Both Sarah Michelle and Galit quickly realized that they needed to bring on a creative product expert so they called on their good friend formerly from Martha Stewart, Gia Russo, to join their mission and be Foodstirs third co-founder. The three spent many long nights perfecting the recipes and the kits into something they feel very proud of.

Now they are excited to share Foodstirs with all of you.
