Liquid nitrogen ice cream and affogato

- Here are two dessert ideas for a delicious Labor Day treat:

Chef/Co-Owner of Provisions Market, Greg Daniels, createed an ice cream using liquid nitrogen!  Roaster/Co-Owner of Portola Coffee Lab, Jeff Duggan, made the coffee-based beverage treat affogato. 

OC's authority on Craft Coffee, Portola Coffee Lab, is opening its 4th location this week inside Provisions Market in Old Towne Orange.

During their Grand Opening Day Thursday, September 10th, they will offer a special affogato from 3-4 p.m. for guests to come enjoy.
