Try these safe core exercises during pregnancy

- It's only natural to be a little scared of working your core while you're pregnant. 

Celebrity trainer Astrid Swan, who just announced that she is four months pregnant, joined us on Good Day LA with three safe moves to strengthen your core muscles during pregnancy.

Notorious for her abs and for training stars like Julianne Hough and Olivia Munn, Astrid is also pre/post-natal certified. She says it is ultimately healthier for mom and baby to stay fit throughout pregnancy.

In fact, the more cardio you do the faster labor will be!
