Health and fitness expert Christine Lusita, author of "The Right Fit Formula," joined us to share her method for matching diet and working out to your personality type!

1) LEADER: Fast paced, direct and no time in the kitchen.
Foods - Grab and Go Prepackaged meals/kits, pre-cut fruits and veggies, single-serve packaged food
Workout – Running, tennis, racquetball. 

2) SOCIALIZER: Energetic, people person.
Foods - Social eaters, Instagram-worthy 4-6 small meals per day. Colorful, food variety. Join food-related groups.
Workout - Fun, social, dance, Zumba

3) SUPPORTER: Comfort eaters.
Foods - Familiar foods. Modify childhood favorites. Cook in bulk.
Workout - Safe and reliable routine workouts, yoga, strength training.  

4) PLANNER: Precision eater.
Foods - Measure, log and weigh food, use apps to track results.
Workouts – Backed by science, track results.
