L.A. County is in need of thousands of people to work on Election Day. Those who volunteer as poll workers can earn up to $175-dollars.
The county initially needed to recruit more than 22,000 helpers by November 8th. It's filled about 10,000 positions, but it still needs more clerks and inspectors for the general election.
What are the requirements? How much does the job pay? How does one apply?
Dean Logan, the L.A. County Registrar/Recorder was here to tell about that.
