Egg White and Lemon Mask For Anti Aging

Egg white is a powerhouse of anti-aging agents like omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, and zinc.It is known to tighten the skin making it firm and smooth. 

Lemon is rich in Vitamin C and is great for brighten the skin and improving pigmention. What you’ll need:

  • 1 egg white 
  • ½ tsp milk cream
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Mix all the ingredients and apply on the face.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes and rinse with cold water. 

Raw Honey Mask for Clearer and Brighter Skin
Honey is a natural antibacterial, so it's great for acne treatment and prevention. 
It’s full of antioxidants, so it is great for slowing down aging and is extremely moisturizing and soothing.  What you’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons whole milk plain yogurt,
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons of plain cooked oatmeal
  • Mix it all in a blender until smooth. 

Apply to your skin and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse. Yogurt will reduce fine lines and tighten pores, honey will combat acne and hydrate, and oatmeal will soothe and reduce inflammation. Make sure you’re using the purest honey you can find!
Green Tea and Plain Yogurt Face Mask to Reduce Acne and Inflamation
Green Tea is an amazing plant based antioxidant and the polyphenols found in it are what help to fight against premature aging and help to soothe the skin.  Other benefits include working to reduce acne and inflammation. Take a mixture of green tea leaves and mix it with plain yogurt. What you’ll need:

  • 1 green tea bag
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Open the tea bag, empty leaves into a small bowl and mix with plain yogurt. For a quick skin plumping technique, leave it on your face for 10 minutes & then wash off! Green Tea is an amazing plant based antioxidant helps to fight against premature aging, reduces acne and inflammation while lactic acid (the key ingredient in yogurt) works as a gentle exfoliant that removes dead skin cells and dirt from the skin and gives it a healthy glow.

Jojoba Oil for Cracked Dry Skin
Jojoba oil is a miracle ingredient particularly for dry and sensitive skin.  As such, it’s primarily used as a moisturizer, and is found in hand creams, face creams, lotions, and straight up oil form. When applied on super dry (even cracked) areas, it quickly moisturizes, soothes, and heals the skin. What you need:

  • Pure Jojoba oil

Place oil directly on to clean skin -- even safe to apply directly on the face as it is non-comedogenic (AKA won’t clog your pores!) And...it's not only for dry skin! If your hair is dry and damaged, lather on your hair for smooth, glossy locks.
