Body by Simone's 3 exercises you can do for a full-body workout

1. The Australian twist (a variation on the Russian twist)

2. Push up to super woman
Muscles worked: Chest, shoulders, biceps and core

3. Marching Bridge
Muscles worked: glutes and hamstrings
