Essence Editor-in-Chief Vanessa DeLuca discusses diversity in Hollywood

Essence magazine is gearing up for a number of events this month, including the Black Women in Hollywood Luncheon..which airs on "own" the night before the academy awards.

Oscar host Chris Rock is on the cover of the March issue. In it, he talks about the controversy surrounding the lack of diversity in the nominees.
