The nanny, television personality and author travels across the country to help parents and families who are in need of a new "family dynamic."
The first piece of advice Frost gave Araksya was to get enough rest!
"Make sure that you have the support around you that allows you not to feel burdened with other things so that you can get your sleep," she said.
And while the toddler years may be the most challenging, Frost emphasized that parental duties and family values don't stop once your kids go to school.
"It’s a lifetime commitment in raising your children, but you do want to be the best that you can," Frost said. "And so being able to learn and to understand how we communicate better, how we stay on the same page, how we recognize the importance of educating yourself with respect to child development and healthy communication I think helps us all as a family."
You can watch Frost in action on her show "Nanny on Tour," which airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on UP TV.
