Paris Hilton launches her 20th fragrance 'Gold Rush'

LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - Paris Hilton is proving to be a hugely successful entrepreneur with her 20th fragrance "Gold Rush Paris Hilton."

Most of us came to know Hilton, now 35, as the original reality star on the tongue-in-cheek series "The Simple Life."

Long before the Kardashians, the hotel heiress was known by critics and admirers as famous for being famous. But she's managed to turn the attention into a giant Paris Hilton empire with perfumes and a fashion line.

When asked about how she's dealt with all of the media attention and scrutiny throughout her life, she says she's just gotten used to it.

"It's been part of my life for so long that it's just become normal, but when it first started happening as a teenager who moved to New York, it was just crazy for me," she said Wednesday on Good Day LA.

Thankfully, Hilton has always been business-minded thanks to "incredible mentors" her family.

"As a teenager I started developing my brand," she said.

Hilton is also a rising DJ and will begin her fourth summer of residency at Amnesia Ibiza this summer.

"Life has been amazing. I've never been happier."
