'CHiPs' star Larry Wilcox discusses TV series, upcoming event for mesothelioma

Larry Wilcox is best known for playing CHP officer Jon Baker on the series "CHiPs." He's now involved in an upcoming event to raise money and awareness for mesothelioma on Oct. 22 in Agoura Hills.

The 5K Walk for Mesothelioma, presented by Worthington & Caron P.C, is an annual 5K walk on the West Coast held to raise funds for research.

Teams, consisting of family members and friends of those who died of mesothelioma, as well as supporting organizations and individual walkers, will gather at the Paramount Ranch.

After the 5K, there will be a catered lunch by Agoura Hills restaurant Italia's Deli, Duvurger macaroons, live entertainment by The Six Billion Dollar Band, live auction and an opportunity drawing.
